We provide plant trimming and flower-bed weed control. Aerial imagery can measure lawn area, but it cannot reliably show plant quantity, bed density, or desired trimming level. Quoting it separately keeps a generalized bed-care allowance out of your Core price and gives you a scope based on the actual landscape.
If excessive growth, obscured edges, accumulated debris, or multiple mowing passes require extra labor, only documented additional time is billed at $85 per man-hour, up to one additional man-hour ($85 maximum). Anything beyond that requires separate approval.
